A wedding in Glencoe would certainly be one of the most spectacular places in the UK to get married, we think that is fair to say. As such, it is not surprising that couples from around the word are coming to Scotland to elope. The intimacy of a Scottish elopement is hard to beat and for some couples, this is the perfect way to do things. White Balloon Films was lucky enough to capture this young couple renewing their vows in Glencoe. Married almost 10 years ago, a trip up north was the perfect way to celebrate their union. We will be sharing a Glencoe elopement video from this day soon but in the meantime, here are some screenshots from the footage.
Springkell House is a fantastic place to have a Scottish wedding. A wedding at Hylands House in Chelmsford, Essex is quite a magnificent sight quite frankly. Based in Scotland, White Balloon Films travelled down to the outskirts of London to film the amazing Turkish wedding of Ceylan and Ozan at Hylands House. Using all of our capabilities as film makers, including our licensed drone aerial video and photography, we have done our best to push the boundaries of wedding videography with this wedding, as we do with every wedding. Delamere Manor in Cheshire is a fabulous place to celebrate your wedding…we certainly think so here at White Balloon Films. We have delivered our Cheshire wedding videography before at Eaves Hall and we were delighted to be asked by Evie and Kenn to travel down from Scotland to create a cinematic wedding film of their special day. What a day! Evie and Kenn had created an incredible occasion with the help of Cheshire wedding planner extraordinaire, Carmen Weddings and the results of all the hard work are clear to see in the screenshots below. Filming a Glencoe elopement with such a wonderful couple in the Scottish Highlands is such an honour. In this case, being the wedding videographer at Inverlochy Castle, surrounded by some of Scotland’s most spectacular scenery, created an opportunity for White Balloon Films to put to good use some of our exciting filmmaking capabilities, not least, drone aerial video with our DJI Phantom 4 quadcopter! Our lovely couple travelled all the way from New Zealand to enjoy the best of what Scotland’s landscapes have to offer. Spending a few days surrounded by the majesty of Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands and also uniting as husband and wife was clearly a special moment for them. Along with photography wizards, wonderful and strange, White Balloon Films covered quite a few miles with our couple capturing cinematic video at not only Glencoe but also the iconic Glenfinnan. Okay, so the weather didn’t do us any favours as you can see towards the end of this wedding video highlights but that wasn’t going to dampen the spirits of any of us, least of all our newly weds! Hopetoun House is one of Scotland’s finest wedding venues and it such a treat for White Balloon Films to be Scottish wedding filmmakers in Edinburgh for such an occasion.
